This policy explains what Indianapolis Patio Pros (“we”) collects through indianapolispatiopros.com and how it's used. We're a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local contractors.
What we collect
- Information you submit: name, phone, email, town/ZIP, project type, approximate size and any message you include, from our form or by email.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type for security and operations. If we add analytics or call tracking later, we'll update this policy.
How we use and share it
- We share your request with partner contractors. When you submit a request and give consent, we send your contact information and project details to one or more independent local contractors so they can contact you about an estimate. Those contractors are separate businesses with their own privacy practices.
- We may contact you to follow up on your request or ask how it went.
- We use service providers (for example, website hosting and form processing) to operate the site.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
- We don't sell your information to data brokers, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Calls and texts
By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that we and the contractor we refer you to may contact you by phone, text or email about your project. You can tell us or the contractor to stop contacting you at any time.
Retention
We keep request information only as long as needed to provide the referral, follow up, and keep basic business records.
Your choices
To ask what we have about you, correct it, or request deletion, contact us at hello@indianapolispatiopros.com. Note that we can't delete information a contractor already received. Contact them directly as well.
Children
This site is intended for adult homeowners and isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
